When my daughter, Grayson turned 1 year I wanted to take her 1 year photos myself again. By this time I felt pretty comfortable with my camera and was enjoying taking my own photographs. Proud of what I was able to do with one photography class and a little experience. It was December, in Iowa though. So, I went and found the cutest warm outfit I could put her in and we (my sister at my side again) ventured outside on a snowy day. We were only outside for maybe 5 minutes, but that's all it takes sometimes to get a couple great shots. I really love the look of a snowy ground or snowy trees as a background. Here's what we ended up with:
